How often will you be receiving new items?

L plans to keep updating her wardrobe as frequently as possible, in seasonal regularity and to keep up with the latest trends.

Are all Luxe items authentic?

We don’t imitate!

Booking Enquiries

Before booking, how do I check of an item’s availability?

To ensure efficiency, our system remains updated at all times. When a Luxe item is selected, availability will be displayed. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you as to when to expect availability (so we never disappoint).

What is the maximum duration of hire?

The renting period is also noted with each individual listing, however if you have any additional questions about the hire period, contact us at any point.

When and how will I be charged?

Before shipping, the full amount of the rental will be charged in total.

 

Delivery

How long before an item gets delivered?

All items will be sent using Australia’s Post Express Post next business day delivery system*. If your delivery address is outside the next business day delivery serviced areas, the item will be posted in enough time to ensure arrival before anticipated date of requirement.

 

All satchels (and Luxe beauties) require signature on delivery to ensure safety and security. If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, items will be redirected to the nearest post office, ready for collection at your convenience.

Where do you deliver to and how are items delivered?

Our team deliver Australia-wide! With room for global expansion, we currently service all Australian states and territories. Items are delivered using Australia Express Post and within their respective dust bags, in an exclusive Luxe box.

What are delivery days?

Delivery days are Monday to Friday.

 

Returns

How do I return my item?

All items will come with a prepaid satchel, ready to be returned once you are done loving them. Included in our parcel, this satchel will be all set to neatly place the item in, seal securely and post back.

Is there a fee for returning the item at a later date?

Are delivery and return charges complimentary?

Absolutely.
